Sandy Beach Outside Your Door!
Lake Eufaula, with over 600 miles in shoreline, is the largest lake in the state and attracts not only hundreds of thousands of visitors but also permanent residents who commute to jobs in surrounding cities and those who build vacation homes or retirement homes to enjoy the serenity and beauty of the area.
Lake Eufaula took 8 years to develop and President Lyndon B. Johnson was on hand to dedicate the Eufaula Dam in 1964. The dam is located about 27 miles beyond the point where the Arkansas and Canadian Rivers converge.

Lake Eufaula abounds with largemouth bass, sand bass, crappie, and channel catfish. When the lake was created, special attention was given to make the fishing population a major factor. Trees and brush to provide natural feeding and spawning areas were left in place . . . and while many a lure have probably been sacrificed under the guise of "the one who got away," hundreds more have pulled in more fish than you can imagine. The area is host to many tournaments for the serious competitors, with the annual Crappiethon the better known. For those who want to combine the scenic enjoyment with the possibility of hooking a big one, quiet coves offer the perfect place to indulge in both pastimes.

You can rough it with campsites in abundance, or stay in luxury at one of the resorts that have been built around the lake. The lake boasts of not one, but two outstanding resorts. Fountainhead Resort Hotel and Conference Center is located at the north end of the Fountainhead State Park. Arrowhead Resort and Gaming Center is on the opposite end of the lake. Built of native stone and rough timbers, Arrowhead becomes part of the rustic scenery that makes the resort a popular place to stay.

We are the Real Estate Company that works for you. We have a variety of homes to choose from including: Lake Homes, Waterfront Homes, Lakeview Homes, Investment Properties, Rentals, Ranches, Lakefront Acerages, Lakefront Lots or Mountain Acerages that you have always wanted.
You can also look at all the properties we have available by clicking on the MLS link at the top of the page. Search for that Lakefront Homes, Acerage, Lakeview Homes, Retirement Homes, Gated Communities and Ranches. For new users, the information contained in any local MLS can be daunting. The key to finding the right home is the ability to obtain near-perfect information that is both accurate and timely.
The Multiple Listing Service (MLS) is the one single database that contains every listing available to the local area Board of Realtors. What that means is that every property listed by a Broker/Realtor in the local area you're searching for, should be contained within the MLS -- unless the owner of the property has specifically requested that the property not be listed in the MLS (a fairly rare occurrence). That said, the MLS is the largest single property locating tool available to brokers, Realtors, and now to you -- the real estate consumer.
Are All Properties For Sale Listed in the MLS?
No. Although most properties listed for sale are listed through real estate brokerages, there will always be properties for sale in the local area that are not included in the MLS. Examples of such properties will include properties where the owner has chosen to sell the property themselves ("For-Sale-By-Owner") and other properties that are listed with a Realtor, but the owner has chosen not to have them listed in the MLS (again, a fairly rare occurrence).
Buyers - Whatever type of home you are looking for, we are here to help you find exactly what you want, in less time and for less money.
